Compensation system and compensation of Executive Board members
The 2024 / 2025 compensation system for members of the Executive Board, which was approved by the Annual General Meeting on January 31, 2025 with a majority of 96.26% of the capital represented, and the compensation reports in accordance with ยง 162 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) for fiscal year 2024 / 2025 and the previous years, including in each case the associated audit opinion and the last resolutions of the Annual General Meeting on the compensation system and compensation report, are available on our website.
